Question: Are the vehicles fully insured?
Answer:
Yes. The truck is the primary insurer with a $1 million insurance policy. Each auto is fully insured up to the market value.
Question: How are the cars transported?
Answer:
The cars are loaded on double-decker new car carriers, the kind you see on the highway transporting new cars. They are carried not driven.
Question: How long does it take?
Answer:
It takes anywhere from seven to ten days for a typical coast-to-coast delivery. However, due to weather, traffic and other circumstances beyond our control, transport companies can only give estimated time of arrival.
Question: How much notice do I need to give?
Answer:
A couple of days notice is usually all we need, but additional notice will certainly help us execute a timely move.
Question: Will I be contacted before pick-up and delivery?
Answer:
Yes. Our drivers will contact you 24 hours prior to pick up and 24 hours prior to delivery.
