Question: Are the vehicles fully insured?

Answer:
Yes. The truck is the primary insurer with a $1 million insurance policy. Each auto is fully insured up to the market value.

Question: How are the cars transported?

Answer:
The cars are loaded on double-decker new car carriers, the kind you see on the highway transporting new cars. They are carried not driven.

Question: How long does it take?

Answer:
It takes anywhere from seven to ten days for a typical coast-to-coast delivery. However, due to weather, traffic and other circumstances beyond our control, transport companies can only give estimated time of arrival.

Question: How much notice do I need to give?

Answer:
A couple of days notice is usually all we need, but additional notice will certainly help us execute a timely move.

Question: Will I be contacted before pick-up and delivery?

Answer:
Yes. Our drivers will contact you 24 hours prior to pick up and 24 hours prior to delivery.

Question: Is your company licensed?

Answer:
Yes.
All our trucks are ICC & federally licensed
We have a 100% safety rating with both of these bureaus.

The call is simple, the reassurance is priceless.

Question: How can we pay for this?

Answer:
After initial deposit, you can pay on delivery or at the time of pick up. We accept all major credit cards.

Question: Are you a reputable company?

Answer:
Yes we are. We ship cars for many new car dealerships, professional sports teams and moving companies. References can be furnished upon request.
